Description of Service

SHRD is a content curation platform that allows users to save, organize, and share collections of web content. The service includes features for creating decks, tagging content, following other users, embedding content, and participating in a publisher monetization program.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

User Content

Your Responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you create on SHRD. By posting content, you grant SHRD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or harassing
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains spam or unsolicited promotional content

Publisher Program

Publishers who participate in the Pulse widget monetization program must comply with additional terms:

• Maintain a valid ads.txt file with SHRD's entry on their domain
• Only embed widgets on domains they control and have verified
• Comply with advertising standards and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent or artificial traffic generation

SHRD reserves the right to suspend or terminate publisher accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

SHRD's name, logo, design, and all related trademarks are owned by SHRD. The underlying software and technology that powers SHRD is our proprietary property.

When you save content from external sources, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that content. SHRD is not responsible for copyright infringement by users.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SHRD's systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use SHRD for any illegal purpose
• Circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

SHRD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for content posted by users or for the availability of external links.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHRD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of SHRD after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
