Most golfers hold the same level of turf knowledge as astrophysics. This guide breaks down golf’s most common grasses and why your best round might depend as much on your swing as what’s growing under your feet.

This is probably the HARDEST drill in golf...

But if you can do it, you'll likely become an ELITE ball striker! (which is why many can't do it)

Lead arm only swings... A great drill to help rotate the body better, but for this student, reduce the amount of trail side bend during the downswing

Give this drill a go, it hard, but rewarding if you can do it 👊

How should the arms work during the downswing...?

Here's what should happen... HOWEVER, I appreciate that "feel" can play a role in what each golfer may need to do

Some golfers need to "FEEL" arms down vertically to offset an excessive move outwards, & some may need to feel more "out" if they are bringing them down to vertically

As always, it depends on what you need to "feel" in order to arrive somewhere in the middle

If you'd like 4 free drills to improve your downswing, you can download them below 👇

If you want to hit the ball an extra 10-20y off the tee, this is how you do it

👇👇👇

What I'm doing here are some movements that will help me add at least 5-10mph of club head speed, which assuming middle face contact will result in more distance

1. Longer hand path
2. More rotation
3. Feeling the lead foot raise up

There's many other things happening in this swing as a result, all of which you can learn about inside my academy where I have a full "Speed Training" course which gives you many different ways to add speed immediately

The story behind the “hitch” in Charles Barkley’s swing:

“I had 5–7 people in my head… I was literally terrified over the ball.”

Overthinking can wreck your game fast.
